Kids Yoga

We believe kids yoga is an important tool for children to learn coping techniques for both physical and emotional health. Yoga teaches body and self-awareness - Yoga asanas help kids understand how different body parts work in sync with their breath to get the whole system together. This self-awareness helps them respect, love and take care of their body.

This is taught through fun games, poses, stories and themes to gain their interest and help them relax.
